Archery

Centennial students have a unique opportunity to learn about and participate in the Archery Club. Centennial is the only elementary school in Adams 12 to offer this opportunity to our students. The 5th grade students chosen this year must have completed the program last year.  Respectful behaviors, safe bodies, and leadership qualities are still deciding factors in choosing both 4th and 5th grade students for this year’s program.

Who: This is an invitation only club for 4th and select 5th grade students from last year's program. Three students from each 4th grade class will be chosen to participate in this year’s archery club. Due to the possible risks of this sport and to ensure the safety of all participants; students must be responsible, and demonstrate both safety and leadership skills at school.  One of the requirements is to be nominated by their teacher, who recognizes their leadership abilities, respectful behaviors, and safe bodies.

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays - January 13th-February 26th from 2:40-3:40pm
